Jaime Tomás-Verdera Alba leads the maritime and yacht law team at Yacht Law Spain. He coordinates a multilingual group of lawyers and legal professionals who assist international clients in Spanish, English, Swedish, Danish and German.
Jaime is a lawyer with a long-standing practice in real estate and construction law, non-resident legal matters, maritime and nautical law, corporate law and litigation connected with yacht and maritime activity.
He advises insurance companies, international intermediaries in the yacht sector, sale and charter brokers, construction and real estate companies, maritime businesses, transport companies, security companies and service providers. His regular work includes yacht sale transactions, maritime casualties, insurance-related matters and judicial proceedings connected with the sector.
